Cougars Give Back is back for another season! One of our favourite Southwest Hockey traditions. Cougars Give Back encourages our players and teams to get involved in the community and demonstrate the true meaning of Cougar Spirit.

Over the years, our teams have made a difference in countless ways—from shovelling snow and volunteering at animal shelters to visiting seniors’ centres and organizing food bank drives. We couldn’t be prouder of the impact our players have made both on and off the ice.

We can’t wait to see the creative and meaningful ways our Cougars choose to give back this season. Together, let’s continue making a difference in our community—one act of kindness at a time.
