This document  is for NEW participants who need an HCR ID.  This number now needs to be entered into the Child Management section when you add a new recipient in your Respect in Sport account.

Log into your Hockey Canada / Spordle Account. Your HCR Account gives you access to your RIS, Certifications & HCR ID

*NEW* the shift forward

Heading into the 2026-2027 Hockey Canada is launching The Shift Forward: Evolving Hockey Culture, a new learning and development program that is the home for national education and training with courses for coaches & parents/guardians.

You will need to create or have your child HCR ID number to take this course. Refer to the instructions above if you need an HCR ID number. Certification is valid for 4 seasons.

U9 & U11 Participants have a choice to register in House League or Community.
